Quality Policy
Our workshop. Your quality guarantee.
At Maximus CNC, we invest in two things: world-class technology and the people who know how to fully utilize it. Our modern machine park and expert software (SOLIDWORKS, EDGECAM) are the tools.
However, your true guarantee is our rigorous Quality Management System. It ensures that every part leaving our facility is 100% compliant with specifications and delivered on time.

FAQ
Have questions? We have answers.
What files do you need for a quote?
To prepare a precise offer, we need a 2D technical drawing (preferably .PDF or .DXF) and, if possible, a 3D model (preferably .STEP or .STP). The more information provided, the more accurate the technological analysis.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We do not have a rigid minimum. We are a technology partner ready to support both the production of complex prototypes (even 1 piece) and stable, repeatable serial production counted in thousands of pieces.
What materials do you specialize in?
Our machine park and technologies allow for the processing of a very wide range of materials – from standard ones to the most demanding, used in aerospace and the space industry.
Metals and Alloys: besides popular materials (all grades of aluminum, stainless steel 304/316, tool and structural steel, copper, brass), we have extensive experience in machining hard-to-cut and atypical materials. We execute orders in:
Inconel and other nickel superalloys,
Magnesium and its alloys,
Titanium,
Bronze and many other special alloys.
Plastics: We machine advanced engineering plastics such as PEEK, POM (Delrin), PTFE (Teflon), Polyamide (PA), and other composites and technical polymers.
Unusual material? The list above includes only the most common examples. If your project requires a specific alloy or plastic not listed here – contact us. There is a high probability that we will undertake its machining.
What is the standard lead time?
We guarantee project analysis and presentation of a detailed offer within 24 to 48 hours. The lead time for production itself depends on the complexity of the parts, machine park load, and material availability. We always provide a real, guaranteed delivery date upon order confirmation.
Do you provide material certificates and reports?
Of course. Our Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 (certified by BSI) ensures full traceability. At the customer’s request, we attach complete documentation to each batch, including a declaration of conformity and 3.1 material certificates.
Do you offer part marking (e.g., serial numbers)?
Yes, we provide comprehensive service. As a complement to the production process, we offer professional laser marking.
We can apply to the parts:
Serial numbers and part numbers (according to customer standards),
Logotypes,
QR codes and Data Matrix.
Thanks to this, you receive a product ready for assembly, with full traceability, without the need to involve external companies.
